Yupoo album photos vs QC photos
Album photos
Presentation images selected by an uploader. They may show ideal lighting, detailed angles, measurements, or styling, but may not represent a particular handled item.
QC photos
Images associated with a quality-check stage for a particular item or parcel. Their usefulness depends on identity, date, source, angles, and image clarity.
How to read Yupoo QC photos before comparing details
Useful Yupoo QC photos should be connected to a clear item stage and enough identifying context to support comparison. Start with identity, then inspect visible construction and missing angles.
How to check that photos belong to the same item
- Match the exact product code, category, color, material, size, and variant where visible.
- Compare construction details, pattern placement, seams, hardware, labels, and included pieces.
- Check whether watermarks, order references, or source context connect the image sets without exposing private data.
- Record the dates and origin of each image set. “Recent” is useful only when visibly supported.
- Remove photos that show a similar item but do not support the same identity.
Category-specific details to compare
| Category | Compare in both image sets | Common missing evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Shoes | Side profile, toe, heel, outsole, stitching, labels, and insole. | Both shoes together, interior, outsole, and size measurement. |
| Clothing | Cut, fabric, seams, print or embroidery, tags, and garment measurements. | Back view, close texture, scale, and measurement method. |
| Bags | Shape, dimensions, interior, closure, hardware, straps, base, and edges. | Interior depth, strap drop, base, and packed condition. |
| Accessories | Scale, fasteners, edges, finish, markings, and included pieces. | Rear view, measurement reference, and closure operation. |
| Electronics | Exact model, ports, controls, connectors, case, and included parts. | Operational test, compatibility, condition, and responsible policy. |
Measurements I can actually compare
I prefer a visible tape or a clearly described measurement method. I compare the QC measurement with the chart for that item rather than a generic size label, then note the units, stated tolerance, and whether the number describes the product or its packaging.
Image quality and missing-angle limitations
Lighting changes color and texture, wide-angle lenses distort proportions, and compression hides small marks. If the decision depends on a missing angle, I ask the seller or service handling the item for that specific view. If it is unavailable, I leave the point unresolved.
Why QC photos do not authenticate a product or seller
A QC image can show visible details of the photographed item. It does not prove ownership, brand authorization, material composition, seller identity, future shipping, or that the photographed item will be the one delivered. This site does not provide a Yupoo quality check or seller-verification service.
Checklist before approving any next step
- The album and QC sets identify the same item, code, color, size, and source where possible.
- The photos show the category-specific details that affect the decision.
- Measurements are visible, legible, and use clear units.
- Missing angles, poor lighting, and compression limits are recorded.
- QC evidence has not been treated as authentication or seller verification.
- The full nine-point checklist still supports the result.
